Responsibilities and duties: * Copy aligned with brand strategy and identity. * Well-structured, clear, and conversion-oriented offers. * Continuous improvement of click-through rates, engagement, and conversion rates. * Organized and documented copy assets (manuals, standards, frameworks). * Clear diagnostics of communication bottlenecks in campaigns and funnels. * Efficient integration among copy, design, and marketing strategy. * Conducted tests and applied learnings to enhance performance. Work schedule: The Copywriter will work standard business hours, Monday through Friday, for 8 hours per day. The routine includes writing and reviewing copy, analyzing campaigns, structuring offers, participating in strategic alignment meetings, and collaborating directly with marketing, traffic, and design teams. Work is deadline-driven, goal-oriented (performance metrics), and focused on continuous conversion improvement.
