A Continuous Improvement Analyst optimizes production processes by identifying bottlenecks and ensuring alignment between planning and execution.

**Requirements:**
· Completed Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Administration, Logistics, or related fields
· Experience in metallurgical or medium-to-large-scale industrial environments
· Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, pivot tables, KPIs)
· Experience in capacity analysis and demand planning
**Responsibilities:**
· Ensure alignment between planning (PCP) and production execution
· Work directly on the shop floor, monitoring work orders and production flow
· Perform scheduling and sequencing aligned with operational reality
· Identify bottlenecks and propose practical process improvements
· Analyze productive capacity versus planned load
· Monitor and improve KPIs (OEE, OTIF, lead time)
· Adjust planning based on production deviations and variability
· Collaborate with production supervisors to enhance performance
· **Working hours:** 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM (Monday to Friday)
· **Salary:** Negotiable
