Responsible for ensuring the adequacy of quality management system (QMS) document reviews; Monitor root causes and report non-conformities, NC Reports (Non-Conformance Reports) related to QMS, as well as determine the need for corrective and preventive actions; Maintain organization of documents related to the QMS; Conduct unplanned audits on processes, Good Practices, and the 5S Program, as well as monitor the program; Provide support in training activities, follow up on external audits, and assist immediate supervisor; Assist in collecting data related to quality indicators, identify, store, archive, and manage QMS records; Help identify necessary processes, their sequence, and interaction to ensure the company's quality policy; Support employee competency development for roles impacting product quality; Assist in quality control within the production process, including analysis of non-conformities, corrective actions, and customer complaints. ✔ Requirements and qualifications Completed Bachelor's degree; Professional experience in the role; Own transportation required. ✔ Additional information Working hours: Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 18:00 and Friday from 08:00 to 17:00\.
