We supply Special Valves for diverse industries, including: * Chemical * Petrochemical * Refineries * Pharmaceutical * Paper and Pulp * Water Treatment Plants * Power and Nuclear Power Plants SPECIAL VALVES FOR CRITICAL APPLICATIONS * Zero Dead Space * Self-Lubricating * Maintenance-Free * High Chemical Resistance CERTIFICATIONS: * PED 97/23/EC \- TA \- Luft/VDI 2440 \- AD \- 2000 / HP0 / TRD 201 * Firesafe Design per API 607 * KTA 1401 * SIL 3 * API 598 **Responsibilities and Duties** * Execute valve and mold design projects using SolidWorks\-CAD * Control, record, and maintain drawing revisions; * Control and distribute commercial drawing copies; * Create product registrations and attributes in the CPD/Atmos (ERP) system; * Provide technical support to Sales, Machining, and Production departments; * Perform structural calculations; * Perform hydrodynamic calculations; * Support mold layout development; * Control, record, maintain, and approve compliant mold and model reports; * Conduct structural analyses using Finite Element Analysis; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or currently enrolled from the 8th semester onward in **Mechanical Engineering**; * Proficiency in using SOLID WORKS \- CAD for design projects; * Ability to perform computational calculations (FEA and/or CFD); * Knowledge of design projects based on international standards is a plus; * Intermediate English proficiency for reading and interpreting technical documents; * Finite Element Analysis experience is considered a plus; * Logical reasoning ability; * Organized and hands-on approach; * Teamwork skills, including collaboration with Sales, Production, Quality, and other support departments. **Additional Information** * Profit Sharing Program (PLR) * Health Insurance * Wellhub (Gympass) * Dental Plan * Life Insurance * Meal Allowance\* * On-site Meals * Chartered Bus Service * Birthday Day Off * Occupational Gymnastics (3 times per week) * Subject to attendance requirements Join a German multinational leader in specialized valve and system solutions.
