Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for greeting customers, operating the cash register, maneuvering and organizing vehicles in the parking lot, acting with attentiveness and clear communication. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service and reception with attentiveness and effective communication. 2. Operation of cash register and issuance of vehicle entry/exit tickets. 3. Safe maneuvering and organization of vehicles in the parking lot. YOUR TYPICAL WORKDAY: * Greet customers arriving at the parking lot; * Identify whether customers are authorized (sticker displayed on the vehicle’s rearview mirror), monthly pass holders, or residents; * Verify cash drawer balance at the start of your shift; * Operate cash register equipment in garages and parking lots (issuing vehicle entry and exit tickets); * Manually issue vehicle entry tickets (recording license plate number, brand, and model); * Safely and prudently maneuver vehicles to designated parking spaces (in accordance with parking lot regulations); * Deliver vehicles to customers; * Organize vehicle storage within the garage; * Always act with attentiveness; * Promptly inform the supervisor of any refusal to present credentials; * Complete the end-of-shift cash reconciliation report. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS * Completed elementary education; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (CNH) category B or D (permanent); * Proficiency/knowledge of both manual and automatic transmission vehicles; Work Schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off (with weekly days off and one Sunday per month) \- We have openings for all shifts due to 24-hour operation Salary: R$ 2\.237,98\.
