We are seeking a Driver's Assistant to work at our unit in Jarinu/SP. The professional will be responsible for providing operational support during the transportation of goods, contributing to the safety, organization, and integrity of transported products. Key responsibilities include assisting in the loading and unloading of goods, verifying products against invoices, supporting vehicle organization, maintaining cleanliness and preservation of the truck, providing support in communication with customers and suppliers, and assisting in delivery route planning. We seek committed, responsible professionals who are willing to perform operational tasks and able to work effectively in a team. **Responsibilities and duties** * Provide operational assistance throughout the entire transportation process, ensuring smooth logistics operations; * Actively participate in loading and unloading of goods, following safety procedures and appropriate handling guidelines; * Thoroughly verify correspondence between transported products and information on invoices, ensuring delivery accuracy and integrity; * Collaborate in the strategic placement of products within the vehicle to optimize available space and facilitate efficient access during deliveries; * Maintain and perform preventive maintenance on the vehicle, reporting any issues and ensuring its operational readiness and safety; * Perform regular vehicle cleaning tasks, ensuring a hygienic and professional environment; * Support communication with customers and suppliers by clarifying doubts, providing information, and maintaining positive relationships during interactions; * Contribute to planning and executing delivery routes, optimizing itineraries to ensure logistical efficiency and on-time deliveries; * Actively participate in quality improvement programs for products, services, and the environment; comply with internal standards and occupational safety regulations; and use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) as required for job execution; * Maintain workplace cleanliness and organization, and preserve tools and equipment—keeping them organized and clean for reuse when necessary, in compliance with applicable standards and procedures; * Comply with internal regulations, quality management system requirements, relevant laws and regulations, as well as health, hygiene, and occupational safety standards inherent to the sector, including the use of PPE/EPC (Personal Protective Equipment / Collective Protective Equipment) where required by the activity; * Perform other duties inherent to the position or as directed by the immediate supervisor, provided the employee is qualified and such duties align with their knowledge and experience; * Perform some or all of the above activities continuously, intermittently, or occasionally, and be qualified to substitute for and perform all duties related to positions directly below in the organizational structure. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed Elementary Education **Additional information** ### **Benefits offered:** Meal Allowance On-site meal Transportation Allowance and/or Fuel Assistance / Charter Bus Unimed Health Plan (co-payment) Dental Plan Pharmacy Plan Life Insurance (free) SEST SENAT Partnership Attendance Bonus We are the company specializing in Intelligent Cold Chain Logistics Solutions for the food industry.
