We are seeking: RM Systems Analyst (TOTVS RM) Knowledge / Skills A professional responsible for supporting, analyzing, configuring, and enhancing the TOTVS RM ERP system, performing requirements gathering, user support, and implementation of systemic improvements, ensuring business process efficiency. Experience includes RM modules, functional and technical support, integrations, report development, SQL database queries, and support for ERP implementation and continuous improvement projects. Main Responsibilities: * Support and maintenance of the TOTVS RM environment; * Configuration of modules; * User support and assistance; * Requirements gathering and analysis; * Development of SQL queries and reports; * Support for system integrations; * Identification and resolution of incidents; * Documentation of processes and improvements; * Participation in ERP implementation and enhancement projects. Desirable Knowledge: * TOTVS RM; * SQL Server; * Visual Formula; * Web Services and integrations; * RM Reports; * HR, Finance, Tax, or Backoffice processes.
