Job Summary:
The professional will provide Level 1 (N1) technical support to internal users, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues, as well as performing maintenance and configurations.
Key Highlights:
1. Level 1 technical support and hardware/software maintenance for internal users
2. Assistance with formatting, assembly, upgrading, and configuration of operating systems
3. Support in identifying network issues and delivering basic IT training
* Provide first-level (N1) technical support to the company's internal users, assisting with hardware, software, and connectivity issues;
* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on desktops, notebooks, printers, and peripherals;
* Assist with formatting, assembly, hardware upgrading, and installation\\configuration of operating systems (Windows) and Office Suite applications;
* Support identification and resolution of basic network issues, including network cable assembly (crimping) and physical cabling and equipment installation;
* Configure and certify local devices such as scales and thermal/network printers;
* Assist in delivering basic IT training and best practices to internal users.
Requirements:
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Networks, or related IT fields.
Prior professional experience is not required; however, practical experience assembling and maintaining computers or academic laboratories will be considered a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Desirable Courses/Knowledge: Intermediate knowledge of Windows environments; basic/intermediate LibreOffice (Writer, Calc, Impress); fundamental understanding of computer networks (TCP/IP protocol, structured cabling); familiarity with peripheral configuration (local/network printers).
Compensation: R$1.400,00 \- R$2.400,00 per month
