Responsibilities * Develop and implement product launch strategies, including marketing campaigns, packaging, and product documentation; * Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand market trends and customer needs; * Collaborate with other teams—including sales, customer support, and engineering—to ensure products meet customer and market requirements; * Manage the product department’s budget and ensure product development stays on schedule and within budget; * Plan and coordinate events, seminars, and webinars for both customers and prospects to present and promote the company’s solutions and technologies; * Work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies and tactics for promoting the company’s products, including pricing, promotions, and marketing campaigns; * Identify and resolve technical issues related to the company’s products and services. Requirements * Education: Chemistry, Engineering, or related fields; * English: Advanced level preferred; * Microsoft Office: Intermediate proficiency in Excel preferred; * Willingness to travel; * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
