From infinitely recyclable aluminum cans and cups to aerosol bottles, our mission is to contribute to better communities, societies, and a better world.** **Key Responsibilities:** * Operate workstation equipment using specific control panels, aiming to maximize equipment productivity and the quality of manufactured cans; * Replace labels by swapping printing plates, blankets, and inks, then perform all necessary adjustments to ensure can quality; * Conduct routine inspections to detect equipment anomalies based on TPM operational check\-lists, and carry out mechanical interventions whenever necessary to ensure full equipment functionality; * Perform workstation quality inspections using an IT system, making interventions to correct and maintain can parameters within specifications, and flagging required corrections to upstream workstations; * Perform minor corrective and preventive maintenance activities (e.g., replacing hoses, ink roller components, scrapers, suction cups, mandrels, etc.) and simple adjustments (e.g., ink unit pressure, feed wheel synchronization, varnish weight and overlap, etc.). **What We Are Looking For:** **Required** * Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics; * Industrial experience. **Additional Information:** * **Work Location:** Extrema/MG * **Work Model:** On-site * **Working Hours:** 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. or 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., 4x4 shift schedule **Ball Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
