Job Summary: We are seeking a Vehicle Preparer to perform surface preparation, application of filler compounds, and assist in paint preparation, ensuring high-quality painting processes. We seek passionate, committed professionals ready to grow and innovate with us. ________________________________________________________________________________ **VEHICLE PREPARER** **Responsibilities:** * Prepare vehicle surfaces prior to painting, including sanding, defect removal, corrosion treatment, and primer application. * Prepare and apply polishing compound and finishing products. * Assist in preparing paints and varnishes by mixing according to manufacturer specifications. * Ensure surface conditions and materials meet quality requirements for the painting process. * Maintain a clean and organized workplace, ensuring safety when handling chemical products. * Perform repairs and replacement of body parts as required. * Monitor the painting process to ensure adherence to quality and finish standards. * Collaborate with other workshop professionals, such as painters and body repair technicians, to ensure smooth service delivery. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in paint preparation and body repair (preferred). * Knowledge of surface preparation techniques and filler application. * Proficiency in using body repair and painting tools and equipment. * Familiarity with automotive products and paints. * Ability to work within deadlines while maintaining quality standards. * Commitment to workplace organization and safety. ________________________________________________________________________________ **PROCESS STAGES** Stage 1: Registration Stage 2: HR Interview Stage 3: Manager Interview Stage 4: Internal Assessment Stage 5: Hiring ___________________________ **ABOUT US** Be part of Total Group’s success story!
