Job Description: **Job Mission** Ensure the accuracy of inventory management and control, guaranteeing data integrity and precision in compliance with quality standards and the effectiveness of receiving, storage, and shipping operations, contributing to operational excellence across the supply chain. **Key Responsibilities** * Support analyses for Finished Goods, Packaging, and Pallets management by developing monitoring KPIs that identify accuracy deviations, quality issues, shelf life concerns, or any process anomalies. * Analyze inventory discrepancies between SAP and WMS, including Warehouse 9999, inventory movements, order rejections, unprocessed stock postings, fractional volumes, and unit-of-measure discrepancies (Case X Unit). * Snapshot Management: Weekly submission of SAP inventory position reports to OPL; analyze discrepancies; participate in meetings to discuss and develop action plans; report results. * Manage product expiration dates; identify items with advanced shelf life; coordinate with MPS\-GMB team on handling; proceed with disposal of most critical items; execute appropriate SAP stock postings; document approval workflow via Doc Route; schedule operational activities with CD and suppliers; issue fiscal documents and MTR. * Blocked Items Management: Track batch blocking requests from GMB Quality team; maintain updated spreadsheets; communicate with OPL; monitor status. * OPL Disposal Management: Consolidate disposal reports; classify NCRs by reason; conduct analysis for proper stock write-offs; adjust SAP; manage Doc Route; issue fiscal documents; maintain SharePoint controls. * Reprocessing / Packaging Consumption Management: Daily analysis of data sent by OPL to determine reprocessed product balances and packaging consumption; perform required SAP system adjustments. Monitor packaging inventory levels (GMB and Copacker); create purchase orders; track replenishment; monitor and update balances in SAP and WMS. * Traceability and Recall: Conduct analysis of inventory movements (receipts and shipments) in SAP and WMS for lot traceability; report to Quality team; participate in recall and mock recall processes. * Continuous Improvement: Perform daily operational walkthroughs to identify improvement opportunities and pending items; record outputs and present them to OPL for action plan development. Build and maintain Excel tools (macros, VBA, Power Query) to optimize processes. * Reporting and Performance Indicator Analysis: Consolidate and present area performance indicators during periodic meetings. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related logistics fields. * Prior experience in the field. * Experience in inventory management within logistics operations. * Knowledge of SAP, WMS, and ERP systems. * Experience in inventory reconciliations, Snapshot, and logistics processes (inbound, outbound, inventory management, transportation). * Experience with performance indicators (KPIs) and data analysis. * Ability to develop and manage project budgets. * Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially intermediate/advanced Excel and Power Query.
