Explore our opportunities and help us build the future of fashion!** **Responsibilities and Duties** We are looking for a Generalist HR Coordinator to perform the following activities: * Recruitment & Selection: Plan and execute high-volume R&S for permanent and temporary staff; manage vendors (agencies); ensure quality during peak periods (e.g., Black Friday, overall commercial calendar); * HR Operations: Conduct onboarding, electronic timekeeping, vacation management, personnel movements, terminations, and exit interviews according to defined SLAs; ensure compliance and integration with Corporate HR; * Benefits: Manage shuttle services and cafeteria; administer meal voucher policies and court usage; * Cost & Vendor Management: Control personnel budget (permanent + temporary), payments to HR, cafeteria, and shuttle vendors; negotiate contracts and KPIs; * Engagement & Culture: Conduct climate/eNPS surveys, action plans, D&I initiatives, and recognition programs; * Performance & Governance: Manage performance cycles, People Committees, calibration, and succession planning; * Business Partnering for Operations: Strategically partner with leaders and departments; propose organizational charts, capacity plans, training plans, and retention initiatives; * Health, Safety & Environment (HSE): Coordinate clinic and health teams; manage PCMSO/PGR/LTCAT; lead SESMT, inspections, mandatory training (NRs), and accident investigations; monitor KPIs; * Reporting & Analytics: Generate metrics (e.g., R&S, Attrition, Absenteeism, Headcount Efficiency, Cost per Employee, TRIR) and support operational decisions using people analytics. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Our ideal candidate:** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, People Management, or related fields; * Solid HR experience in CD, logistics, or retail operations, particularly in seasonal environments and high-volume hiring contexts; * Proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace tools. **Additional Information** At Dafiti, beyond technical expertise, we value teamwork, openness to learning, and adaptability to the company’s evolving needs — always remembering that at Dafiti, “this problem is mine too.” Take a look at our benefits! * Wellhub | Access to gyms and wellness services nationwide * Caju | Flexible Visa-branded card * Sulamérica Medical and Dental Insurance * Discounts on products via the Dafiti app * Dr. Dafiti | Health and wellness program for Dafiti Group employees * Birthday day off * Dft Pause | Program promoting regular breaks * Life insurance * PPR | Profit and Results Sharing Program This role operates under an in-person work model in Extrema, Minas Gerais.
