Job Summary: We are seeking an Intern to work in the Finance Department, providing support in routine tasks, customer service, and document organization. Key Highlights: 1. Organization of files and documents Location/Area: Brazil, Piracaia/SP, Finance Contract Type: Internship Start Date: 05/2026 We are looking for an **Intern** to work in the **Finance** department at CHT. **FUNCTION SUMMARY:** Provide support for routine activities within the assigned department; Answer telephone calls directed to your department, screen topics, and forward calls according to the availability of the person being contacted, providing the most appropriate solution for each case. Assist in internal and external customer service by identifying visitors and their purposes, and directing them to the respective company departments. Assist in opening internal mail pouches and correspondence, verifying recipients and ensuring timely delivery to the respective recipients. Assist in preparing correspondence, spreadsheets, notices, and other documents, as well as arranging for their reproduction and distribution. Assist with various system entries; Assist in preparing managerial reports for the area; Assist in organizing the department’s file archive for document storage and ease of retrieval. Assist in gathering documents during internal and external audits; Gather information and documents required for regulatory inspections, when necessary; Maintain interface with other organizational areas; **YOUR PROFILE** Education: Currently pursuing a Technical or Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, International Trade, Logistics, or related fields. No minimum prior experience required for this position. Required: Proficiency in computer applications as a user (Word and Excel) Language: Basic English is desirable Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards Minimum Education Level: Undergraduate Degree
