**What It’s Like to Be a Junior External Sales Representative (6 hours):**
* External work Monday through Friday, from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
* Conduct external prospecting for new clients (door-to-door) along pre-defined routes, expanding our partner base.
* Present and negotiate Stone’s financial services and solutions.
* Actively participate in meetings to align goals, plan routes, and share learnings with the team.
* Deliver high-quality, consultative service, ensuring customer satisfaction and success.
**What We Expect From You:**
* Completed high school education
* Communicative, dynamic profile with initiative
* Motivation to grow and develop within the commercial area

Fixed salary R$1.700,00 + uncapped variable compensation (initial average of R$1.500,00)
