Job Summary: Professional to operate wire-cut EDM machines, performing setup, operation, and process monitoring, as well as making adjustments and dimensional controls. Key Highlights: 1. Operation and monitoring of wire-cut and fast-drilling EDM machines. 2. Performing dimensional adjustments and controls to ensure part accuracy. 3. Supporting toolroom activities. An automotive parts factory is seeking a Wire-Cut EDM Operator in Itatiba (Recanto das Estrelas). **Responsibilities:** Operate wire-cut and fast-drilling EDM machines. Perform setup, operation, and monitoring of the EDM process. Make adjustments to ensure dimensional accuracy of parts. Conduct dimensional control using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.) according to technical drawings. Perform cleaning, consumable replacement, and basic preventive maintenance. Maintain a clean and organized workplace. Provide support to toolroom activities. Previous experience as an EDM Operator, EDM Technician, EDM Programmer, or CNC Machine Operator may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities in this position. High school diploma required.
