Performance of integrated electromechanical activities Electrical Maintenance: Install, inspect, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on low- and medium-voltage electrical systems. Identify and repair faults in circuits, panels, distribution boards, circuit breakers, and cables. Conduct continuity, insulation, and grounding tests on electrical installations. Replace electrical components (outlets, switches, relays, fuses, contactors). Mechanical Maintenance: Perform repairs and adjustments on motors, pumps, fans, exhaust systems, pressurization systems, and building equipment. Carry out alignment, lubrication, and replacement of mechanical parts. Support the installation of electromechanical machines and equipment\- Air Conditioning: Inspect, respond to service calls, and correct ventilation, air conditioning, and exhaust systems, performing interventions when necessary. Integrated Electromechanical Activities: Maintain control panels. Perform maintenance on uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems, voltage stabilizers, and emergency lighting systems. Conduct readings and monitoring of electrical and mechanical systems to prevent failures. Assist in calibration and functional testing of equipment. Complete service orders. Fill out service orders and technical reports after completing tasks. Support material and parts inventory for service execution.
