




Required: Experience as a Store Manager in the household goods industry. Reside in Bragança Paulista or nearby areas. The **Store Manager** is responsible for: · Monitoring sales performance of each department and each salesperson to closely identify issues related to staff performance, best- and worst-selling items, customer objections and criticisms, classifying merchandise according to sales velocity, and advising the purchasing department accordingly; · Developing business strategies to increase customer volume, boost in-store traffic, and optimize profitability; · Achieving sales targets by training, motivating, guiding, and providing feedback to sales staff, while ensuring all employees are well-informed and adequately prepared regarding new products and daily and/or weekly promotions; · Managing and supervising all staff to ensure compliance with store policies and procedures; * Maintaining the store’s visual merchandising standards, including product placement and inspection of product cleanliness; * Preparing reports on sales trends, customer needs, profits, inventory control—including losses, damages, and breakages—as well as purchase requisitions, delivery tracking, and supporting procurement planning; * Proposing innovative ideas to increase market share; * Conducting employee performance evaluations to identify training needs and develop career plans; * Handling all issues arising with staff or customers (complaints, dissatisfaction, etc.).
