Lead the team in customer service, ensuring quality standards and excellence. Monitor individual and collective goals, motivating achievement of results. Assist with store organization, merchandise restocking, and basic inventory control. Support shift scheduling and task assignment for the team. Resolve operational issues and assist in conflict mediation. Ensure compliance with internal policies and company procedures.
