Support Production Management and Industrial Directorate in decision-making by preparing reports and making suggestions or changes to the production process. Supervise each stage of the production process, ensuring compliance with process specifications, characteristics, and product quality standards. Identify factors causing waste and unexpected machine downtimes, proposing or taking necessary corrective actions to help reduce manufacturing costs. **Requirements and qualifications** Experience in leadership within an industrial environment; Knowledge of production processes and performance indicators; Analytical, proactive profile focused on results.
