




**Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for machines, equipment, and industrial utilities. * Manage mechanical, electrical, and facility maintenance teams, ensuring compliance with established plans and goals. * Plan scheduled shutdowns and support the implementation of continuous improvements in processes and equipment. * Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards in accordance with automotive industry requirements (IATF 16949, ISO 14001, etc.). * Support automation and modernization projects for machinery and industrial infrastructure. * Promote technical and behavioral development of the team, ensuring a collaborative and high-performance environment. **Requirements** * Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in leadership roles in industrial maintenance, preferably in the automotive metalworking sector. * Knowledge in reading and interpreting technical drawings and electrical diagrams; * Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and industrial automation systems; * Maintenance planning and control (MPC).
