Job Summary: Technical support professional to work in a hospital, performing maintenance of systems, equipment, and IT infrastructure. Key Highlights: 1. On-site and remote technical support for IT systems and equipment 2. Installation and maintenance of computers, printers, and peripherals 3. Support for network infrastructure and information security **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to users (on-site and remotely) for IT systems and equipment; * Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, and other peripherals; * Assist in the configuration and maintenance of data networks, cabling, and access points; * Help manage technical support tickets, tracking opening, progress, and resolution; * Ensure proper operation of hospital systems (electronic health records, hospital management system, etc.); * Perform backups, software and equipment updates, and periodic testing; * Support the IT team in technological infrastructure improvement projects; * Coordinate with vendors for maintenance services when required; * Maintain an updated inventory of IT equipment; * Safeguard information security and confidentiality of patient and staff data. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (technical course in Information Technology or related fields preferred); * Personal vehicle for travel between hospital units; * Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and computer networks; * Experience installing and maintaining computers, printers, and peripherals; * Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office suite; * Strong communication skills, organization, and proactivity. * Prior experience in technical support is desirable, preferably in the healthcare sector.
