This is a client-facing role involving direct customer contact, stakeholder coordination, configuration, verification, UAT file testing, and symbolic-value production testing. * First point of contact for inquiries received from high-revenue customers via email or phone. * Responsible for reading, analyzing, and/or determining appropriate handling and resolution of requests. Requests pertain to treasury, cash management, and/or deposit products. May collaborate with internal partners to deliver solutions for customer inquiries, issues, and/or technical support. * Primarily to support “Regulation 6 – Local Mandatory Regulation” and any additional projects affecting the region. * Receive and respond to requests via email or phone; provide solutions for received requests; continuously engage and deepen relationships with internal partners and customers to increase satisfaction; conduct limited research and respond to customer questions and inquiries; use various bank systems to fulfill customer requests. * Professional, confident, and customer-focused.
