




Job Description: Work in the IT support area. Responsibilities and Duties: * Provide Level 1, 2, and 3 technical support to users of: Desktop computers, Mobile phones, Tablets, and other network equipment used by the company and its clients. * Install, configure, administer, and maintain network devices such as: Servers (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, Security, etc.), Switches, Routers, Firewalls, Access Points. * Manage virtual environments using platforms such as VMware and Hyper-V. * Operate network inventory and monitoring tools. * Ensure network and system availability through backup solutions. * Implement best practices for business continuity. * Participate in network projects, including physical and logical infrastructure, structured cabling, and fiber optic links. Requirements and Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Analysis and Development or related fields. * Solid expertise in Microsoft servers: Installation, configuration, administration, and maintenance (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, File Server). * Knowledge of Linux servers (Zabbix and Grafana): Installation, configuration, administration, and maintenance. * Solid expertise in Cisco networking (Firewalls, Switches, Routers, and SD-WAN). * Knowledge of Office 365 platform: Administration, configuration, and maintenance. * Knowledge of project management. * Knowledge of security solutions (EDR/XDR, Content Filtering, Backup Solutions). * Proficiency in Cisco systems is required. * Cisco CCNA R&S certification is a plus.
