Carry out personnel administration tasks, including payroll processing, vacation management, contract termination, and calculation of labor-related statutory charges, ensuring full compliance with legal requirements. Conduct recruitment and selection processes, identifying candidates, performing preliminary screening via telephone interviews and in-person interviews, in coordination with the requesting department. Lead onboarding for new employees and representatives, preparing required admission documents and providing guidance on internal procedures to ensure rapid integration and alignment with their respective team and work environment. Contract external institutions to deliver training sessions and seminars on various topics, organizing events and evaluating participants’ learning outcomes. Lead and support succession planning initiatives by identifying and assessing internal talent, mapping critical positions, and proposing development actions to ensure leadership continuity and organizational sustainability. Lead and support engagement initiatives, implementing strategic actions to foster a positive organizational climate and proposing continuous improvements to enhance employee satisfaction and retention. Participate in continuous improvement efforts through the Quality and Environmental Management System. Support pollution prevention by understanding significant environmental aspects and impacts within one’s area of responsibility. Design, implement, and continuously improve global learning and development programs. Support global learning initiatives, standards, and processes. Guide the project team in redesigning and further developing the CHT Dialogue program, ensuring alignment with business needs, leadership principles, and the global HR strategy. Develop and implement global frameworks to identify high-potential employees and conduct succession planning to strengthen leadership pipelines and increase organizational agility. Monitor the design and implementation of change management programs. Deliver impactful learning solutions that reinforce company culture and core values. Collaborate with global HR Business Partners and the Regional HR Management Head to ensure strategic alignment and consistent implementation. **YOUR PROFILE** Bachelor’s degree completed in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Social Communication, Psychology, or related fields; Advanced English proficiency for both spoken and written communication. Desirable: Courses in Job Evaluation and Compensation, Training & Development, Personnel Administration Procedures, Payroll Procedures, and Labor Procedures Administration.
