Provide remote and onsite training and technical support to users Configure user access profiles, printers, Outlook, digital certificates, and all software required for our users' job performance; Support the installation and maintenance of desktops, notebooks, wired and Wi-Fi networks; Monitor and manage inventory of IT equipment, assets, and mobile telephony devices; Provide support for other departmental requirements. Requirements: Prior experience in this role; currently enrolled in an Information Technology or related field program; personal vehicle required. Residence location: Extrema, Vargem, or Bragança Paulista Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
