Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for providing technical support and user training, configuring systems, installing and maintaining IT equipment, and managing inventory. IT and telecommunications inventory management Provide remote and on-site technical training and support to users; Configure access profiles, printers, Outlook, digital certificates, and all software required for our users’ work; Support the installation and maintenance of desktops, notebooks, wired and Wi-Fi networks; Monitor and control inventory of IT equipment, assets, and mobile telephony; Support other departmental requests. Requirements: Experience in the role; currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology or related field; personal vehicle required. Location: Extrema, Vargem, or Bragança Paulista Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
