Experience in hospitality and room cleaning Bourbon Hospitalidade, one of the leading companies in the hotel industry, is seeking a Housekeeper for Bourbon Resort Atibaia, located in Atibaia \- SP. This professional will be responsible for performing cleaning and maintenance activities for all accommodations within the Unit. Work will be carried out in accordance with established quality standards, complying with internal and external regulations and procedures, as well as adhering to general policies and human resources policies of Bourbon Hospitalidade RESPONSIBILITIES: * Clean apartments according to the needs of each unit. * Restock minibar consumables used by guests. * Collect and count linens for delivery to the laundry facility for soiled items. * Maintain appropriate conduct with colleagues and guests. * Clean staircases, elevator tracks, and elevator doors. * Perform general cleaning tasks, such as bathrooms, beds, glass surfaces, floors, and carpets. * Respond to requests for dining area cleaning. * Set up extra beds and cribs. * Deliver baby bathtubs. * Vacuum rooms. * Sweep and wash balconies. * Deliver towels, pillows, blankets, etc. * Make beds (bed opening). * Keep beds properly made. * Remove sheets and pillowcases. * Clean baseboards in rooms. * Report maintenance repairs to supervisors. * Carry out other related duties.
