Ready to join this team? \#VemSerAssaí **Responsibilities and Duties** * Categorization, quality inspection, volume verification, and directing butcher products to cold chambers; * Refrigeration checks according to requirements (chilled or frozen); * Packaging and labeling of cut and ground products for display; * Transporting portioned products and ensuring replenishment of display counters or (freezers and islands) in self-service areas, restocking cut, packaged, and labeled meats for sale; * Customer service at the counter, including deboning, grinding, cutting, and slicing various types of meat; * Weighing and arranging products in trays according to established standards and/or customer preferences — suggesting consumption options and promotions; * Adhering to food safety and sanitation standards for products and facilities, maintaining general order and cleanliness throughout the butcher department, preparation room, equipment, and meat display counters, preventing accidents and the proliferation of insects and bacteria. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Minimum Academic Qualification:** completed high school. **Age Range:** minimum 18 years old. Professional experience is not required.
