Job Summary: Professional responsible for managing and maintaining the technological infrastructure, providing technical support, and participating in automation projects. Key Highlights: 1. Management and maintenance of the distribution center's technological infrastructure 2. Technical support for WMS, ERP, and operational software systems 3. Participation in automation and technological integration projects Responsibilities: Management and maintenance of the distribution center's technological infrastructure: * Monitor the operation of networks, servers, and critical equipment for operations and data collectors. * Technical support: * Handle and resolve incidents in the WMS, ERP, or other operational software systems. * Provide technical support to logistics and operations teams. * Participate in automation projects, new system implementations, and technological integration initiatives. * Vendor management: * Oversee contracts and preventive maintenance for outsourced services such as telecommunications and infrastructure. * Monitoring and data analysis: * Generate and analyze distribution center performance reports based on internal systems. Technical Knowledge: * Networks (LAN, WAN, Wi\-Fi, VPN). * Servers, storage systems, and equipment maintenance. * ERP systems (Datasul, Totvs, or similar). * WMS (Warehouse Management System) \- Senior-level expertise is a plus. * System integration via APIs or middleware.
