Join our team at Panasonic! **Your Key Responsibilities**: * Plan, organize, and control quality inspection and testing activities; * Analyze quality data and generate reports; * Identify quality issues and propose solutions; * Implement and monitor corrective and preventive actions; * Train and guide the quality control team; * Advise company managers and facilitators on implementing Quality Management System activities, ensuring execution in accordance with established standards; Conduct internal quality audits; * **Required Qualifications**: * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Administration, Quality Management, or related fields; * Knowledge of integrated management systems (ERP); * Experience with quality processes and tools; * Skills in people management and leadership.
