Job Summary: Sewing professional with experience in leadership and team management to ensure quality and efficiency in the production of uniforms and PPE. Key Highlights: 1. Technical expertise in sewing and operation of machines ***Uniform and PPE manufacturing industry.*** ***Requirements:*** * Reside in Bragança Paulista or nearby cities; * Prior experience in this role; * Advanced technical experience in sewing and machine operation. * Leadership ability, people management, and conflict mediation skills. * Basic knowledge of digital technical sheets; * Experience with large-scale production; * Knowledge of occupational safety regulations. ***Responsibilities:*** * Production and Team Management: Lead seamstresses/seamsters, organize data, define production targets and schedules. * Quality and Processes: Ensure component quality, perform adjustments, inspect production, and guarantee conformity with patterns and specifications. * Technical and Operational Tasks: Provide technical support to the team, operate and adjust sewing machines (straight stitch, overlock, etc.), and identify repair needs. * Resource Management: Control waste, inputs, and materials, guiding the team toward optimal utilization. * Training: Onboard new employees and train the team on new techniques or products. ***About the position:*** * On-site \- Monday to Thursday from 07:30 to 17:30, and Friday from 07:30 to 15:50\. * Quarterly performance bonus upon target achievement \+ Basic Food Basket \+ Dental and Pharmacy Benefits (at no cost) \+ Transportation Allowance \+ Life Insurance.
