Job Summary: A professional to manage the sewing team, control production and quality, and provide technical and operational support. Key Highlights: 1. Technical and operational support for sewing processes Main Responsibilities * **Team Management:** * Supervise, guide, and motivate sewing operators and assistants. * Assign production orders and tasks according to skills and capacity. * Train new operators and develop the team’s sewing techniques. * Evaluate performance and identify training needs. * **Production and Quality Control:** * Organize production flow, ensuring material supply. * Control product quality through inspections and adjustments. * Identify process defects and propose improvements. * Monitor productivity targets and deadlines. * **Technical and Operational Support:** * Assist with sewing tasks and adjustments as needed. * Prepare machines, change needles and threads, and perform basic maintenance. * Manage inventory of materials and supplies.
