Description
**Main Responsibilities:**
* **Raw Material Inspection:** Check fabrics, threads, buttons, and trims before production begins to ensure compliance with technical specifications.
* **In-Process Control:** Monitor seamstresses and finishers on the production line, verifying stitch quality, thread consistency, and garment assembly.
* **Final Inspection (Finished Garment):** Examine finished garments (via sampling) for visible defects (holes, stains, loose threads), measurements (measurement chart), and conformity with the pilot sample.
* **Technical Tests:** Conduct shrinkage, color migration, twist, and trim strength tests.
* **Nonconformance Identification:** Segregate, classify, and report defective garments, routing them for rework or scrap.
* **Documentation and Reporting:** Record inspection results, complete rejection reports, quality reports, and update systems (e.g., SAP).
* **Packaging Audit:** Verify labeling (including INMETRO regulations), hanger usage, folding, and correct tag placement.
* **Requirements:**
* Prior experience in garment manufacturing or the textile industry.
**Tools Used:**
* Tape measure, caliper, measurement charts, technical manuals, and reference samples.
* Knowledge of measurement charts, fabric types, and sewing techniques.
* Meticulous attention to detail.
Compensation: R$1\.600,00 \- R$2\.024,00 per month
