Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for controlling entries and exits, conducting patrols, inspecting security equipment, and providing assistance, actively contributing to the hotel's security. Collaborate with the team to maintain environmental security I heard: A unique opportunity at Tauá Hotels Group? **Position:** Security (PJ Service Provider) Work Location: Jarinu/Alegro Hotel (SP) Can you imagine being part of a diverse and sustainable company whose purpose is to make people happy? **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Control entry and exit of people, vehicles, and materials at the hotel, verifying records. * Conduct periodic patrols throughout the hotel premises to ensure security and detect potential irregularities. * Inspect security equipment and report any irregularities. * Assist in specific administrative tasks within the assigned department, complying with requests from immediate leadership. * Record and report all security incidents to supervision and management. * Provide assistance and guidance to guests, visitors, and staff regarding security matters. * Maintain a detailed log of all occurrences during the shift. * Verify proper operation of security equipment and alarms. * Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure all areas are well-lit and free of hazards. * Respond promptly to emergencies and coordinate with local authorities when necessary. * Proactively prevent thefts, vandalism, and other unlawful activities. * Attend security meetings and contribute suggestions to improve the hotel’s security procedures. * Perform other related duties as agreed upon or assigned by immediate leadership.
