Shall we bring the new Sítio do Picapau Amarelo to life together? **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct quotations and price comparisons with suppliers of materials, supplies, and various services (cleaning, maintenance, food, set design, among others). * Support negotiations regarding pricing, delivery timelines, and commercial terms, focusing on cost-effectiveness. * Issue and monitor purchase orders, ensuring deliveries occur within defined deadlines. * Maintain control and update supplier registration records and active contracts. * Support inventory control and validate replenishment needs with departments (kitchen, maintenance, recreation, administration). * Request emergency quotations in case of operational contingencies or special events. * Monitor material receipt and verify compliance with purchase orders. * Prepare monitoring reports and support monthly departmental expense closing. * Collaborate with internal departments, understanding their requirements and proposing practical and economical solutions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Management Processes, or related fields. * Intermediate proficiency in Excel and management systems (ERP). * Prior experience in administrative or procurement routines, preferably in hospitality or hotel operations. * Experience working with suppliers of food and beverages, laundry, building maintenance, cleaning supplies, and disposables. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in procurement for parks, hotels, restaurants, or events. * Basic knowledge of warehouse management and inventory control. * Ability to manage multiple suppliers and tight deadlines. **Additional Information** * Lunch and afternoon coffee provided on-site * Transportation allowance, fuel assistance, or shuttle service * Health insurance plan under implementation A Forma Turismo is Latin America’s largest student travel company, having taken thousands of students on unforgettable graduation trips since 1997.
