Job Summary: Responsible for executing and managing projects, planning resources, monitoring progress, and ensuring delivery of cost and margin targets, including conducting meetings and billing. Monitoring and validation of project milestones **Responsibilities:** * Execute project activities, such as: physical\-financial scheduling (MS Project), cash flow analysis (cash\-in/cash\-out) * Plan, allocate, and control resources assigned to projects * Monitor and validate project milestones with the execution team * Ensure availability of resources (material and human) for execution * Monitor progress, deviations, impacts, and additional project costs * Ensure projected costs and margins are delivered upon project completion * Conduct meetings with internal and/or external clients on topics relevant to the project * Responsible for project billing(s) and the client's Installation Acceptance Certificate **Requirements:** * Advanced proficiency in MS Project * Intermediate English and Spanish (preferred) * ERP system knowledge (preferably Totvs – Protheus) * Experience in field activity monitoring * Willingness to undertake occasional/sporadic travel (company car) * On\-site work in Itatiba, Monday to Friday, administrative hours Compensation: R$4\.000,00 \- R$4\.200,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Free parking * Profit sharing * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On\-site
