Manage schedules, estimate costs, mitigate risks, and continuously improve processes Your day-to-day responsibilities: * Generate comprehensive and detailed project schedules * Weekly meetings with clients * Weekly project reports and presentations with performance indicators * Coordinate material scheduling and delivery between suppliers and field teams * Issue waybills * Monitor and prioritize procurement activities * Formalize project scope changes for internal teams and clients * Ensure adherence to agreed deadlines through timely internal team deliveries * Ensure equipment manufacturing follows the schedule * Issue measurement documents to clients for billing purposes * Field monitoring * Commissioning scheduling * Develop project checklists * Follow up with other departments (SSO / HR / Procurement / Finance / Payments) * Schedule customer inspections * Centralize information from departments (Projects / Process / Factory / Field / Procurement / Logistics) 251126020240665984
