




Description: * High School Diploma - Mandatory * Experience in production area - Mandatory Worth noting: from 13:20 to 21:40, 6x2 shift schedule Operate medium-complexity machines and equipment related to the production process, starting up equipment and peripherals, verifying feasibility of executing the production plan (PCP), ensuring all safety devices are functioning, and managing critical process variables to guarantee high performance. Monitor maintenance activities on the equipment operated, verify raw material consumption, analyze and report deviations, periodically conduct rotational inventory, and perform various process-related tasks to ensure smooth operation of the department. Perform quality routines, following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines, disposing of reprocessing materials, cleaning equipment, reporting and quarantining non-conforming products, and verifying and maintaining the Process Technical Standard (PTS) to ensure compliance with established quality standards. Perform TPM routines, identifying anomalies in machines and equipment, issuing quality, maintenance, environmental and safety tags, and participating in their resolution. Initiate SSMA reports (behavioral observations) and Non-Conformities, and participate in Productivity Meetings and Pre/Post PCM as requested, aiming to maximize equipment and production process efficiency. Carry out occasional general service tasks as directed by management, ensuring basic operational conditions for equipment and the work area. Train and develop other team members, as well as support identifying operational training opportunities within the area, to promote dissemination of operational knowledge among team members. Understand and apply practices of conscious consumption and natural resource preservation in accordance with company SSMA policies, recognizing environmental impacts and risks, and become familiar with emergency response procedures. 251030020221840251
