The professional will be responsible for all stages from job opening to candidate onboarding. **Responsibilities:** Manage the entire recruitment and selection cycle, from job opening to hiring; Strategically attract candidates using recruitment platforms, social media, and market mapping; Screen resumes and conduct individual and group interviews, applying group dynamics and assessments when necessary. Collaborate on HR initiatives, supporting actions focused on engagement, retention, and improvement of selection processes. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. Proven experience in recruitment and selection, preferably in retail, supermarkets, or high-volume hiring environments. Proficiency in interview techniques, group dynamics, and competency assessment. Ability to handle multiple demands and high volumes of selection processes. Must reside in Bragança Paulista or surrounding area.
