Define daily demand together with the customer, based on the forecast agreed for the month; 4\. Define volume per shift based on available labor and the profile agreed for the month; 5\. Track orders and invoices of the day, directing issues to responsible parties; 6\. Enter import and third-party invoices into SAP; 7\. Ensure creation of subcontracted orders for KIT assembly within SAP; 8\. Define daily inbound demand with the customer based on the capacity agreed for the month; 9\. Develop controls in SQL, Power BI, and The View (DHL Tool); 10\. Perform monthly warehouse report closing (SLAs, volumes handled during the month, etc.); 11\. Create monthly results presentations based on KPIs agreed with the customer (Monthly Meeting); 12\. Ensure completion of Scorecard, Service Quality, and PPR; 13\. Support Assistants in Operations Room routines; 14\. Create and review procedures relevant to the area; 15\. Follow SOPs and WIs documented as inherent to your activity in the process; 16\. Comply with HSE, Quality, Self-Inspection, and Code of Conduct regulations; 17\.
