Come join \#SeleçãoSBF—we always have room for new stars. **Responsibilities and assignments** **About the position in the game:** As an **Operational Performance Analyst Pl \- Analytics Transport**, you'll enter the field with the following responsibilities: * Map operational and systemic processes to create/optimize proactive controls that enable identification of strategic gains; * Build and maintain the effectiveness of dashboards and automations within the Transport Control Tower, ensuring timeliness and clarity in decision-making by the monitoring team. * Weekly reporting of the most relevant deviations and bonus indicator results/control items; * Generate objective analyses on deviations/opportunities in order journey indicators to identify potential actions; * Ensure reliability of monitored results through periodic audits of data sources. **Requirements and qualifications** **What you need for this position in the game:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields. * Intermediate Excel skills; * Experience in data analysis and visibility of processes/flowcharts; * Desired experience building dashboards in Power BI; * Knowledge of SQL and Python is a plus; * Familiarity with TMS systems is a differentiator. **Let's move sports forward!** For us, sports are more than just practice: it's movement.
