Job Summary: Professional responsible for processing employee onboarding, managing electronic timekeeping, administering benefits, and supporting administrative tasks within the HR Department. Basic knowledge of labor legislation (CLT, eSocial, Ministry of Labor) **Responsibilities and Duties** * Process employee onboarding, including system registration and compliance with statutory deadlines; * Manage electronic timekeeping, analyzing inconsistencies, adjusting time entries, and supporting managers in necessary corrections; * Administer benefits (transportation vouchers, medical insurance, dental insurance, and life insurance), including control, enrollments, cancellations, requests, and verification for payment; * Support administrative routines within the HR Department, ensuring process organization and compliance; * Provide assistance to employees and managers to clarify questions related to HR Department routines. **Additional Information** * Minimum 2 years’ experience in high-volume processes and dynamic environments; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with payroll software; * Basic knowledge of labor legislation and regulations (CLT, eSocial procedures, and Ministry of Labor regulations); * Analytical ability; * Organizational skills.
