Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental requirements Description: * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. * Postgraduate degree in Maintenance Management or related fields (preferred). * Minimum of 6 months of experience as a maintenance manager. * Knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance in the industrial sector. * Familiarity with PCM (preferred). * Strong interpersonal skills. * Lead and develop the maintenance team (mechanical, electrical, and utilities). * Plan and schedule preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, including scheduled shutdowns. * Monitor performance indicators (MTBF, MTTR, backlog, availability) and conduct failure analyses (RCA). * Control the maintenance budget and approve material and service requisitions. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations (NRs), legislation, and environmental requirements, promoting a zero-accident culture. * Ensure availability of critical spare parts, tools, and materials in coordination with procurement. * Collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, Logistics, and Safety departments to align priorities. * Supervise third-party suppliers and contracts, ensuring technical, safety, and cost standards. * Prepare technical reports and track performance indicators to support management and executive decision-making. 2512250202491115351
