Focus on quality, performance, and security We are seeking a Full\-Stack Developer to build and evolve web applications with a focus on **quality, performance, security, and user experience**. Here, you’ll work from discovery to deployment: helping translate business needs into well-designed solutions, applying sound engineering practices and delivering consistently. You’ll collaborate with a team that values **clean code, testing, observability, and responsible autonomy**. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop **end\-to\-end** features (frontend and backend), from implementation through production monitoring. * Participate in the design of **APIs**, integrations, and technical decisions (contracts, versioning, authentication, rate limiting, etc.). * Model and optimize data (SQL), considering consistency, performance, and scalability. * Write automated tests (unit/integration) and contribute to CI/CD pipelines. * Conduct **code reviews** and raise the team’s quality standards (best practices, security, and architectural patterns). * Investigate and resolve production incidents using logs, metrics, and tracing. * Collaborate with Product/Business teams to understand requirements, refine them, and decompose them into tasks. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Solid experience in full-stack web development. * Backend with **Node.js (Express/Nest)** or **Python (FastAPI)** or **Java (Spring)**. * Frontend with **React** (hooks, componentization, state management, performance best practices). * Relational databases: **PostgreSQL/MySQL** (modeling, indexing, queries). * Experience with **REST APIs** (GraphQL is a plus). * Git and best practices for branching/PRs (e.g., trunk\-based development or well-applied GitFlow). * Familiarity with CI/CD and cloud deployment (AWS/Azure/GCP). **Additional Information** * Docker and Kubernetes. * Microservices architecture / well-structured modular monolith. * Messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS). * Observability (OpenTelemetry, Prometheus/Grafana, ELK, Datadog, etc.). * Applied security (OWASP, auth, secrets management, hardening, LGPD).
