Support DHL and MELI Transportation teams with vehicle information and agreed-upon timelines to feed KPIs. Attention to detail and adherence to safety standards are non-negotiable. Control vehicle entry and exit within specified time windows using the scheduling drive set up by Meli, to ensure ETA timing. 2. Monitor vehicle arrivals via telephone contact according to the schedule. 3. Support Gate, Dispatch, Planning, Customer, and other relevant teams in facilitating vehicle entry and exit processes. 4. Supervise loading by contacting related departments and reporting potential delays. 5. Contact drivers directly to ensure route execution. 6. Guide drivers on-site, indicating the dock, internal procedures, and HSE rules for vehicle release. 7. Report vehicle entry, loading start/end times via form to generate KPIs. 8. Report incidents in real time to DHL and Mercado Livre teams via internal communication tools. 9. Comply with operational procedures and respect DHL Supply Chain policies and standards, including those related to HSE, Quality, and the Code of Conduct.
