We have an opportunity for our Fleet team. Position: Fleet Analyst **Responsibilities:** * Control and monitor drivers' working hours, ensuring compliance with legislation and internal policies. * Manage route control, ensuring adherence to planned itineraries and recording deviations when necessary. * Administer the A52 timekeeping system, performing audits, adjustments, and validations of time records. * Manage meal allowances, performing calculations, verifications, and approvals for payment. * Monitor and calculate overtime hours, ensuring they comply with work schedules and current regulations. * Support the PX driver payment process, ensuring accuracy and timely submission of information to Finance/HR. * Work on organizing and continuously improving administrative processes related to fleet operations. **Requirements:** * Previous experience in work hour control, timekeeping, or administrative activities related to transportation. * Organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in spreadsheets (Excel/Sheets). * Good communication skills and ability to handle large volumes of information. * Knowledge of fleet routines or logistics will be considered a differentiator. * Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
