Job Summary: The Seres Group and ID LOGISTIC are seeking a Logistics Assistant I to operate systems, manage inbound and outbound operations, monitor inventories, and ensure adherence to Good Practices. Ensure compliance with Good Practices and 5S ***The Seres Group, in partnership with ID LOGISTIC, is recruiting professionals for the position of LOGISTICS ASSISTANT I.*** **Requirements:** Completed High School; Microsoft Office Suite **Responsibilities:** * Operate WMS, TMS, and operational tools per established procedures. Input performance indicators to ensure operational visibility. * Carry out administrative processes for inbound and outbound goods (administrative documents, invoices, checklists, driver documents) to authorize vehicle release. * Monitor execution of priorities. * Monitor and/or conduct inventory counts, comparing physical quantities with system data. Monitor production progress (receiving, picking, and shipping). * Control and request operational supplies. * Respond to audits as required, in accordance with certifications applicable to the unit. * Organize the workplace in accordance with Good Quality Practices and 5S, complying with SMS rules. * Comply with the unit’s Quality, Safety, and Environmental Management System, adhering to operational best practices and following quality, occupational safety, and food/product safety pillars, as defined by the unit’s policies, manuals, and operational procedures. **Salary:** * Salary expectations **Working Hours:** * 6 days on / 1 day off, from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM **Work Location:** * Extrema/MG.
