**Description** The Junior Validation Analyst at Dana Group will be responsible for supporting the Research & Development (R&D) area in executing activities related to the validation of cleaning, sanitization, manufacturing, and packaging processes for cosmetic products. The role involves monitoring pilot and production batches, conducting physicochemical, organoleptic, sensory, and packaging performance analyses. The analyst prepares technical documentation, protocols, and reports, and proposes process improvements. Additionally, the analyst assists in training the production team, ensuring compliance with company policies and established quality standards. Reports directly to the Industrial R&D Supervision. **Responsibilities and Duties** Prepare technical documentation (protocols, reports, and data sheets). Input and update data in the SAP system. Complete inspection, analysis, and pilot batch data sheets. Perform physicochemical, organoleptic, and sensory analyses on bulk materials and finished products. Conduct packaging performance analyses for newly packaged products. Monitor pilot and industrial production batches, supporting process corrections or modifications. Report incidents to the production area in cases of batch correction or rejection. Support training of the production team regarding documentation and processes. Execute and monitor product, equipment cleaning, and sanitization process validations (e.g., reactors, tanks, and packaging lines). **Requirements and Qualifications** Knowledge of process validation and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Experience in physicochemical, organoleptic, and sensory analyses is desirable. Familiarity with SAP is considered a plus.
