Ensure traceability and integrity of analytical records *At Althaia, we constantly seek to understand health in its entirety and offer the most diverse solutions that prevent and treat people.* *We seek individuals interested in intelligently simplifying the lives of consumers seeking health and well-being—playing a relevant role in providing options through diverse products for diverse consumers with diverse needs.* *We invite you to “Think outside the box.”* **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform physicochemical analyses of dietary supplements according to validated methodologies and internal specifications; * Initiate and oversee investigations of Out-of-Specification (OOS) results and trending deviations; * Draft, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the area; * Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) during all activities; * Support the training and supervision of departmental interns; * Ensure traceability and integrity of analytical records; * Meet deadlines and priorities as required by company demands. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related fields; * Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Laboratory Practices, and Good Documentation Practices; * Basic knowledge of analytical techniques (solution preparation, spectrophotometry, and chromatography); * Microsoft Office Suite, basic to intermediate level; * Knowledge of legislation applicable to the pharmaceutical and dietary supplement industries; * Demonstrated experience in sensory analysis (color, odor, and taste) of dietary supplements will be considered a plus. **Additional Information** **Our benefits go beyond the basics—they are thoughtfully designed for your well-being, both at work and beyond:** * Health Insurance (for you and your legal dependents) * Dental Insurance (for you and your dependents) * Pharmacy Benefit Program * Life Insurance * Product Discounts – Equaliv * Gympass (Wellhub) (for you and your legal dependents) * Meal Voucher * Food Allowance * Profit and Results Sharing (as stipulated in the Collective Bargaining Agreement, in compliance with current legislation) * Chartered Transportation (Campinas) * Auster (telephonic support offering psychological, nutritional, physical education, and phytotherapy guidance) **Working Hours:** 1st Shift Monday to Friday, from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM. 2nd Shift Monday to Thursday, from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Friday, from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
